The staff and provider were excellent!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by staff who helped me with signing in on the kiosk and I was called back immediately. The MA, Stephanie, was super nice, took all of my information and made me feel comfortable. Provider Liz also very professional, answered my questions and made me feel at ease!
I also noticed how nice and clean their office was, building very nice and up to date!
I would highly recommend the Arrowhead location.
I have been going to mom down for years and it is a wonderful place for female the Employees there are always Pleasant and professional and they treat you like they’ve been knowing you forever. I really enjoy my time at Mom Doc, it doesn’t feel like a doctors office more like you’re going there to just talk to one of your friends. Thanks to you all at mom docs for all your excellent help.
I would give all stars; but I have to remind them to send the scripts they prescribe me to my pharmacy more than once. I feel welcomed and it’s a beautiful office. The staff if knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are flexible when I need it.
