I was in the color bar recently & Michelle helped me that day. She was very kind, helpful, and went above & beyond to provide excellent customer service. There was a lady named Helen at the washing station, and she was wonderfully polite & did a great job.
Madison Reed in Gilbert is amazing! The staff is friendly, upbeat and knows their product well. The manager keeps the store clean and organized. She's always making sure the colorists have what they need to provide the best service possible. The colorists are so attentive to their clients and, they do a great job! Love this business!
I am surprised to see the ratings aren't great, I had a really good experience here. My color came out great and I loved the fact that this color bar takes half the time of a salon. If you want a salon experience you should go to a salon, if you want fast & friendly color services you should go to the color bar. I'll definitely be back!
