The Spa at ADERO

My husband and I had a fantastic 80 minute couples massage at the spa at ADERO. Terri at reception is so hardworking and helpful. Our RMTs Olivia and Ashley were so talented and thorough. They did a spectacular job and were very attentive to the pressure and focusing on our areas of tightness. Can’t say enough about Olivia and Ashley. The spa itself is a bit tired and is in need of a renovation. Both the men’s and ladies change rooms steam rooms are out of order. And my husband said the mineral build up on the tiling in his change room was noticeable. We would be back to see Olivia and Ashley but hope the spa can get its well deserved facelift. I had a lovely experience at The Spa at Adero. The staff was lovely and Jessica gave me an amazing massage! I read some of the negative reviews about the spa but fortunately for me, I had a truly wonderful experience. I hope everyone has the kind of experience that I did. As it was relaxing, and very enjoyable.

I have been to MANY spas, and had many massages and have never had such a great experience from start to finish. Within 10 minutes of leaving a message for an appointment, got a call back and offered several times. The front desk/spa coordinators were both lovely and super kind. They even gave me a mimosa to help celebrate my birthday that I was there celebrating. Jessica the therapist is a true massage master! I felt taller, more relaxed and back to full mobility after an 80 minute arnica deep tissue massage. The spa itself was clean, beautiful and easy to navigate.
