I have been looking for a barber closer to home and stumbled upon Battlefield. The name made me click because I knew it was veteran owed and that means a lot to our family. We will always choose a veteran owned business and once again I am not disappointed in the business, cut and person/people. Great conversation, immaculate shop, veteran owned and to top it off a great cut. Thanks again for your service and time today. My appointment was today and I am pretty excited about my bread. Curtis gave me some very important tips that will improve the quality of my beard.
I had an appointment Tuesday but when I got there he was not there. Which is not normal of Jim, he is always on time and never cancels any appointments. Luckily, I found his business card and found his direct number and instagram. He mentioned he is no longer at this shop but did not mind me reaching out.
I've been going here exclusively for my haircuts and beard trim/care since Curtis first opened his shop, even before it moved to The Pallet Collective. Finding a real barber, not just a beautician in a salon cutting hair with a barber pole outside, and getting the genuine barber treatment in this area felt like finding a needle in a Haystack. I have never gone home and had "hair cut remorse" (like buyers remorse but from getting a bad haircut). Even with the shop being 30 minutes away from me now it's still worth the drive up from Florence every time! Won't see me going anywhere else
