I love going to Northland Eye Care! The staff is absolutely amazing. From Kim at the front desk to Ariana and Dr. Thomas. Dr. Thomas ensures your vision is as accurate and clear as you can get it. He never makes you feel like you are taking up his time and he spends extra time explaining each test you have had done.They are friendly and make you feel right at home. Kim took her time helping me select the perfect lenses and they don’t pressure you to get all the upgrades. I would recommend to anyone!
I called today to make an appointment as my right eye was blurry with pain and constant watering. After the receptionist heard my symptoms she asked me to hold. She came back on the line and said she spoke to the doctor and he wanted to see me right away and would fit me in between his regular appointments. He found a small eye lash lodged in my inside upper lid that was scratching my cornea every time I would blink or rub. He was able to numb my eye and remove it. I am so grateful to Dr. Thomas for finding the problem and fixing me up before there was more damage to my eye.
My partner and I have been going to Northland Eye Care for several years because Dr. Thomas and the entire staff is AMAZING each and every time. It’s the best medical office I have ever been to. They’re always kind, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. I give them a 10/10 for each and every visit.
