Staff were kind, and rooms are clean. However i’d appreciate a little more professionalism regarding conversations with doctors. I do not appreciate being told that I “don’t look like” I have my listed disabilities. Regardless, I never wait long for my pharmacy pickups or appointments.
Very friendly staff and were able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner. The providers are really great as well and are very attentive to my needs. Overall, very satisfied with being a current (and future patient) of NCHC! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a new PCP.
Can’t help but share this…. I had my first checkup with Dr. Jacob Ramsey at North Country HealthCare today. In addition to the fact that his smile is bigger than mine, Here’s a few things I learned: 1. First and foremost, he has the BEST bedside manner I’ve ever encountered in a medical professional. This alone is most important to me due to the fact that I’ve endured 7 surgeries in the last 7 years and tend to struggle with anxiety around doctors. 2. Although the new patient process is a bit strenuous, this clinic is doing a lot for the community. I received and education on the use of narcan and was given some to keep in our emergency kit. 3.
