I just left a class and had to write a review. I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do at Sultivate. The instructors are so knowledgeable and the classes always feel comfortable and clean. My favorite instructors are Makenzie and Jenna. 100% recommend!

I was in town for a month and bought a 10 class reformer package. I attended each teacher's class more than once. Makenzie, Jenna, and Terrie gave good cues and were very creative in the workouts they created. I have attended various studios and this is the most "fun," one yet. I also highly recommend the new (as of 4/23) Yin Yoga teacher. She was very knowledgeable and offered some alternatives to challenging asanas. I never once regretted making the 2x/week, 25 minute drive from West Sedona to this studio.

This team is amazing! I’ve never found a fitness studio that I felt the want to continue with month after month. They promote such a positive, comfortable and motivating atmosphere!
