I called Pro-Active after we had an ant infestation at our new to us house. Danny and the whole crew have been amazing to work with from the first visit. We saw virtually immediate results and have not had any problems since. The monthly return visits have been easy,, and Danny has been great with checking in, scheduling, and is quick and efficient when he is at the house. He is also very cognizant of our dogs and makes sure to communicate what he is doing and how to keep them safe in the process. Overall I would 100% recommend Pro-Active and will continue to work with them!

I reached out to schedule recurring pest prevention services for our first-floor condo on account of the occasional roach and other small creepy crawlies that have found their way inside during the summer months. The dispatcher was able to get a tech set up for the following day. He was very thorough in explaining the services they provide and made sure to confirm the size of our condo and whether we were needing both internal and external preventative maintenance. He discounted both the initial and recurring service drastically based on the size of our condo. Daniel has treated my house twice and he thoroughly explains what he was doing and what to expect afterwards. Scorpians and spiders are the worst to me and I feel at ease knowing they're being taken care of and no longer in or around my house. Daniel communicates everything and is very professional.
