I tried to purchase a home through New American Funding and they were so unprofessional, and shared personal information on mine about my loan to the seller's agent and shared the appraisal results with the seller before me and that it came in above cost which THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO and took their sweet time to do everything, like taking 4 days to order the appraisal, and then 9 days before closing requests that we do IMPOSSIBLE things that could not be done in time by anyone ultimately leading us to need to request an extension and lose our earnest deposit which they will not refund even though they were in breach of contract.
