Love my monthly facials but the new management has put the fear of God into employees to upsell and push product. I’ve been a customer at 3 different H&S over 10 years and this store pushes extra services/products so much that it’s becoming uncomfortable. The employees give each other the side eye when it comes time to offer products, there’s so much tension behind the scenes. They push product faster than I can use it. I’ll have to decide to stay and have a private talk with my esthetician or just leave.
