I’m not sure why this office has horrible reviews but my experience was excellent. Staff was nice, I waited less than 5 minutes to be taken back, less than 5 to actually speak to the doctor, doctor was attentive and did not disrespect or disregard me (my bar is low but she was also very nice), parking was good and the have onsite labs

I’ve been going here since 2019 or so. I used to drive all the way from Payson. Now I live in Florence and I still do not mind driving the hour. I see Dr Woods. He’s amazing. I’ve never had to wait more than 20 minutes. I’m in and out of there so quick. My migraines are under control and I’ve had maybe 3 in 5 years! So thankful for the Dr’s and staff. A quick text with questions or Rx refill requests and I’m taken care of by the end of the day. The girls are VERY pleasant and professional. My 8 year old daughter likes to go in with me because she likes the staff and Dr Woods so much. I’m not sure what the previous low star ratings are all about. I have...read full review

If you have an appointment, then one's visit should be seamless. The staff here is exceptional ! They are very accommodating, courteous and most importantly knowledgeable. Staff here are always very friendly and empathetic. Five Stars all around for them !
