If I could leave negative stars I would. Dr Kidane is the worst I've ever seen. You cannot understand him. I'm also frustrated with the ethics of this office. He referred me to a Dr regarding an issue he couldn't help me. They scheduled an appointment with Dr Kidane to follow up on my LABS that he ordered. My labs were normal. They have multiple signs ALL over the office that say if your labs are normal they will call and tell you and cancel the appointment. They did not do that so I went in for him to tell me labs were normal. Now they are charging me for that 30 second conversation. Because Dr Kidane said he was following up with the issue he referred me for. Very deceiving. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely no help with person that answers phones when calling, doctors that are suppose to call you on a conference call. Terrible, terrible way to run a healthcare organization. I was having chest pain and called to speak or get an appointment with doctor to get any help at this point. No one called me back to schedule. When i called back again, the guy on phone said " oh you have to make an appointment".. no duh thats why im calling again. Close up or quit already...

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. I called to set up an appointment for my son to take an allergy test because they said they will do allergy tests. The day of his appointment and the doctor told him they don't do allergy tests. My son had to go to urgent care because he had a breakout and the lady on the phone kept asking me questions about the event and I told her I wasn't with my son so I don't have the information you need. But she kept asking me for the same information. I told her listen I don't have the information you need because I wasn't with him.
