Called \\u0026 set an appt to transfer services to this office \\u0026 Wordeen was supposed to come meet my mom to match the right provider, set appt for 11am no show. Wordeen called at 11:45am (the day of the appt) to confirm if I would make the appt \\u0026 she said she has had cancellations so she wanted to confirm after the appt time \\u0026 I advised, if you thought I would cancel, then shouldn’t you have called me before the appt time to confirm. I explained when we made the appt, i told her my mom would be here so this day \\u0026 time is perfect to meet a transfer client.
