Canine & Company: A Pet Spa offers exceptional grooming services with a focus on care and love. The staff, including Marlene, Nick, Marin, and Andrew, handle pets with kindness and attention to detail, making them feel happy and relaxed. The spa goes above and beyond, allowing dogs to socialize and providing a cage-free environment. Dogs are not caged like they are on an assembly line waiting their turn and back to confining metal nooks. Instead, the dogs roam and play with each other under the careful eye of trained groomers and animal behavior specialists. Like children after a good day at kindergarten, they prefer to stay, play, and enjoy their freedom than run to the car. The owners protect animals behind a security locked door and a double door system if a dog tries to escape. Extra security and safety show their love and care for each dog. The staff and owners are loving, caring, honest, reliable, dependable, affordable, and stay in touch through text messages and calls while working with pets or if questions come up. When there are questions about specialized or problematic grooming, the owner calls and texts to ensure everything is perfect. The team provides Pima and Pinal Counties with excellent pet care and customer service. It’s truly a spa day for the pampered dog.
I can’t recommend Canine and Company enough. I have worked with groomers for over 40 years around the nation and owned show dogs. I have never seen anywhere the loving care given to the animals by the groomers and staff. When they say a “spa day,” they mean it. My two dogs, both purebreds and one a service dog, come home meticulously groomed to breed specifications and with a fragrance that stays with the dog for days assuring your home is also welcoming to family and friends. I read the one negative comment and it’s clear to me who is unhinged. I’ve known and worked with the owners nearly ten years caring for my animals. Your dog is treated as though it’s a member of their family and even call the dogs their kids. The dogs are not caged like they are on an assembly line waiting a turn and back to confining metal nooks. The dogs roam and play with the other dogs under the careful eye of the professionally trained groomers and animal behavior specialists. Like children after a good day at kindergarten, they would rather stay, play, and enjoy their freedom than run to the car. But also like a childcare center, the owners protect your animals behind a combination security locked door and a double door system if one would decide to try to escape the first locked door to take a wander about. Extra security and safety is compelling evidence of their love and care for your dog. The owners are loving, caring, honest, reliable, dependable, affordable, and remain in communication with you by text messages and calls while they are working with your dog or should a question arise. Anytime there has been a question regarding specialized or problematic grooming, the owner calls and texts. The owners and their staff go above and beyond providing Pima and Pinal Counties with shear excellence in pet care and customer service. It’s truly a spa day for the pampered dog.
