This was the team who installed our new gas lines for Southwest Gas last year. They damaged my block wall and gate in the process. When Southwest Gas sent them out here to inspect the damage they were rude and basically called me a liar. They came back after their investigation and said even though they didn’t believe it was their team who did the damage they agreed to repair my wall and gate. The contractor said he would be back in two weeks but never showed. After waiting months and trying again to get somebody over the phone I was informed by Southwest Gas that Team Fishel does not accept responsibility and will not repair the damage. This company came out to my home to lay a new communications line in the ground. We were never notified from our internet provider or Team Fishel that they would be showing up to our property, they just showed up. Had we known, we would have made arrangements to prepare for them... Instead, we were completely caught off guard. Currently I am working from home due to COVID-19, so due to my work responsibilities I was not able to be outside with them the entire time during their surprise visit.
