was our first time getting my daughters puppy groomed and they were so friendly and helpful. explained everything they were going to do and he came out looking so good. didn’t take long at all and my daughter was absolutely happy.
What an amazing team firstly they let me bring my reactive dogs in early pre opening and removed the dog that was there being groomed early they handled my dogs so professionally better than I could imagine especially on Raven she's insane about her paws being touched but somehow knew she needed to let these people work idk if it's their aura or what but she my psychotic pit mix was well behaved for them and she's a black dog with black nails they offered to file the back ones instead of trimming and she allowed that too I'm never taking my dogs anywhere else let's just say they NAILED it
I want to thank Shaggy Chic for doing an incredible transformation on a dog that was found in terrible condition. I did not even recognize her when I picked her up. Thank you very much!
