A lot of people I know of buy gift cards for this place. I’ve never been in it myself but anytime I’m around that shopping mall. I see a lot of traffic going in and out of there so I’d have to assume it’s a good business.
Alisa helped me color match and she was a pro! She tried to keep into the brands I was going for but was also willing to encourage me to explore a new brand in favor of a better color. Which ended up working really well! She also was able to recommend things, at my request, according to my desires and goals. She had a lot of patience and was encouraging and made me feel comfortable to express my reservation and adjust to them. Ive been happy with the other employees too! Very friendly and helpful.
I saw Erica at the brow bar and lemme tell you I came in with some HIDEOUS BROWS. I thought they were not salvageable. But she made them look so nice! She took her time and was very gentle as well. The conversation flowed easily. Happy with my brows and already rebooked with Erica. Go see her!
