I've had them work on my HVAC twice now. The first time my drip pan had rusted out and needed replacing. He put in a new plastic pan, new supports, and added some gradient to it so it drains faster. Did a great job, and didn't try to sell me on anything else. The second time was a renter who called complaining the unit was noisy and making a banging sound. This is an older AC unit, but it's a Trane and it's solid. I am pretty sure most HVAC outfits would have tried to tell me that it was just worn out and needed to be replaced. We didn’t even use them for our service, but can’t wait to! Called about a gasoline and they immediately and graciously shared their contact for a licensed plumber. They were super friendly! Great customer service!
