I ordered my wife flowers for Valentine’s Day from here. Part of her order were not ready. They said they would deliver later that day when they got it ready. Still no delivery. So when you spend money with their shop you may not get what you want. Even though they charge for it.

Over the last 10 years, anytime I've needed a floral arrangement, or Chocolate Covered Strawberries for a special treat for my wife, Dorcas and Kevin have been there for me. They've delivered to her job to surprise her and silence the crows. ? LOL

I ordered sympathy flowers at 3 pm hoping the arrangement could be delivered to a local funeral home for visitation beginning at 6 pm that same day. The person who took my order was so helpful and courteous, and assured me the order would be delivered on time.My sister-in-law sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was stunning!! So glad I took a chance on Royal Design Flowers - I would definitely order from them again!!! (I found their info on google with no previous experience with them.) Thank you, Dorcas @ Royal Design Flowers!!
