All she does is talk, which makes her take longer on my hair. She's always getting distracted, which is annoying, and she always makes my braids too full, so they can't even fit in a ponytail. It's annoying.

I asked for large box braid and got large sections with a very small amount of hair. I think she only used 2 bags of hair on my entire head.

If I could give a zero I would definitely don’t recommend this placeThe lady Diane took the money and did half the job on my niece hair ! And Would not give a refund.!!!!!DONT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE !!!!Will also be contacting the BBB to report this monstrosity

I would never go to them after getting a what suppose to be feed in braid ponytail. The lady who did my hair is very rude. I got my hair done last Friday and it looks a mess. I called them ask to speak with the owner Wende no she don’t do my hair but the other sister did and she very rude on the phone. She told me to come in Thursday at 2:30 then calls me back and said come Friday at 1230 . After you was rude on the phone and telling me its not your problem my hair looks terrible. Not only did I have to supply my own edge control and braiding hair you charge me 185.00 don’t take off the edge control and me providing my own hair. I decided I will not come back and will not recommend y’all to anybody.

My aunts knotless braids cost $300 due to the length of her natural hair. This is not the reason for the 1 star review. The attitude, unprofessional talking loudly on the phone the ENTIRE time it took to do her hair as well as the tacky responses to other customers there to see other stylist. There were many cringy moments my aunt spoke of during her time in Dianne’s chair. Her parting was not straight and her hair was not neat. Most people believe African braiding to be neat and uniform. This was not the case in which we experienced.I know whoever is reading this really wants braids but please think this through again. A attitude with quality is sometimes worth it but when there’s not quality and more than enough attitude, it’s just not worth it. Go elsewhere.

The stylist Dianne is horrible. She had an attitude if you asked her any question she really spoke to her customers and her communication was off completely. She did not get off the phone the whole 6 hours it took her to do my aunts hair and that includes the Yanking ,shoving of my aints heaf and the rolling of her eyes ifbyou asked her anything . There was another client came in for another stylist but mine Diane decided not to mind her business and made the client go comb out her daughter's hair that she had complained that she had previously doneDiane told her no gave her a comb and made her comb out again. I am so disappointed at the ahop Please save your money and time because they're not timely at all.
