I walked in about an hour and a half before closing, no appointment, and Ms. Gladys managed to squeeze me in. She communicated throughout the process to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, and she didn't make me feel like I was inconvenient. She chatted a little with me, but I am not the most social person and she was able to sense that and kept the conversation simple and short. She got me in and out (cutting 2 inches off, mild layering) within probably about 30 minutes or so. I'd definitely recommend Ms. Gladys.
Simply amazing! I’ve always had a great experience. I never have to wait. My stylist is always professional, keeps me laughing and she knows her craft very very well. She knows exactly what I want done and gets me in and out on my way. It’s never an all day half the night kind of experience ever. I tell everyone I know who keeps me looking right. Amber was very diligent in her communication with my son (a young adult who is very picky about his hair) to make sure she understood what he was looking for in his haircut. She took her time to make sure he was happy with the results.
