We had a very disappointing experience with S&G Carpet.
The initial installation was extremely poor, staples and nails and screws were left exposed on the carpet and also thrown on the floor (a safety hazard, especially with small children), debris wasn’t cleaned up, and there was even a spill that was not disclosed until we pointed it out. The carpet also had to be redone due to workmanship issues, requiring multiple return visits and extending what should have been a straightforward project into several days. (Install was Monday and was finally properly completed on Thursday)
While the company eventually sent a different installer to correct the work (2 more times), the process to get there was frustrating. Communication from management was argumentative and combative at times, to the point that I did not feel comfortable meeting alone and asked my husband to be present. The tone of the interaction was noticeably different in person.
We ultimately reached a resolution, but it took far more effort than it should have. I would strongly recommend closely monitoring any work done and documenting everything if you choose to use this company.

Tyara and Fernando have been so wonderful to work with! They have been very gracious and allowing me to check out many different samples and put up with me as I have changed my mind 1 million times!!
Today, Erik installed some of my flooring and he did a phenomenal job! He was very careful to make sure that he installed things the way that I wanted and was very respectful!

The employees for S&G in NWA are the best! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Flooring consultant Tyara Thomas was so helpful and knowledgeable about products. She made picking out carpet an easy process. I needed to purchase another product and once again Tyara was helpful along with Eduardo Dominguez. He made sure my order would be ready the next day for pickup. I also can’t say enough about my carpet installer, Flavio. He was so efficient and did excellent work! He vacuumed my carpet and didn’t leave any mess behind. I also had to go to the warehouse to pick up an order. Julio was so helpful. He cut my carpet pad for me to a specific size that I needed. I know he wasn’t required to do that and I appreciated it very much. If you need any flooring products, I highly recommend this store. Nicest and helpful employees!!

S&G Carpet and More of NWA helped us select and match to preexisting flooring this laminate floor system (Mohawk). Excellent Customer Service. Very Helpful. Very professional staff. These are photos of the product they recommended that we ultimately bought. We installed it ourselves. High quality product. I highly recommend checking them out if you're shopping for materials. Even if you're going to do the installation yourself. They have excellent materials and expertise. Thank you again S&G Carpet and More of NWA. Five stars.

Eric worked a long day to install carpet in our three upstairs bedrooms including moving all the furniture in and out of the rooms as he progressed. Seams matched the hallway carpet perfectly. Also did our walk in closet. Very nice guy and a quality installation.

Highly recommended. I went into the store to look at samples, they greeted me and helped me choose a bunch of samples. They let me take them home. A few days later, they came out, with more samples, and to measure our rooms. They gave us a good price, and we signed the contract. They came out a couple weeks later to install the flooring. Michael Garcia's team was amazing. They did an awesome job installing our flooring. Very happy!

Absolute Perfection! Exceptional service and craftsmanship from S&G Floors! The LVP flooring installation from S&G Floors was outstanding. The team provided exceptional service that exceeded expectations from beginning to end. The finished product completely transformed the home's look. Initially, a stair step skirt was not included in the estimate. However, S&G Floors addressed the issue with integrity, correcting the oversight at no additional cost. This reflects their commitment to the customer. Will (General Manager) also provided a free box of spare flooring. Although confident that all the material had been used, the installer insisted on providing the extra flooring for the customer's peace of mind. The communication was excellent throughout the process. The installers were professional and meticulous, and the final result was flawless. S&G Floors values craftsmanship and treats customers with respect.
