Final update - revising rating up. To their credit, they called back and scheduled a revisit. I would have preferred them not asking my wife to come home from work to let them inspect and instead waited for me to get back to them. The reclean still missed some of the same stuff (corners, obvious stuff on floor, rugs). Going to look at other options at this price.
Second update - wanted to give them another shot just in case it was another off week. This week worse than last. Similar obvious missed areas, rushed, lack of care. They did a decent job, never great, but last several have gone downhill (ironically after they solicited me to give a good review...which I thought was just doing them a favor, so I obliged). I'm canceling their service...not worth it.
Update - not sure what happened but this week was not great. Seemed really rushed, missed cleaning obvious areas and those that were cleaned weren't done well. Lowering my rating.

Molly Maid of NWA has been wonderful from start to finish. The free consultation was smooth and informative on service expectations and what to expect. All questions were answered in a respectful manner and showed eagerness to accommodate. Then the first cleaning took place. Phenomenal. Floors were shining, surfaces were reflective and base boards bare of dust. The team also organized messy areas in a wonderful way which is going the extra mile and is appreciated. All this for a very fair price and the gift of giving my wife and I more time back in our evenings.
