Dr. Grammer is quite literally the best vet we’ve ever seen. We are very picky about our vets and unfortunately, have moved around trying to find the right one. Happy to say she’s our vet for life! She’s confident, kind, thorough, and phenomenal at her job. She takes time to explain everything and genuinely cares about us. I’d trust her with any of our animals and we are so grateful for her.

All Pets & Dr. Dible came highly recommended to us, and they did not disappoint! Making an appointment online was quick and easy, the office is clean and beautiful, and everyone was so kind to my senior dog. Dr. Dible spent a generous amount of time with us making sure we understood all of my dog’s medical conditions and medications. The vet tech (Hailey?) was patient and kind as well. Highly recommend this team for your vet needs!

We weren’t impressed with our visit. The clinic felt rushed from the start, and the vets did not take the time to listen to our concerns, especially when we specifically requested sedation from the start for a very sensitive issue. They proceeded without proper sedation, and our cat suffered a painful abscess rupture on site during handling. We were told to leave for an hour and that they’d send updates, but were called back just 30 minutes later and told to come pick the cat up.

The entire experience felt dismissive. We were made to feel like a nuisance despite having an appointment. Even when we tried to provide basic context, like what our cat eats, where she was sensitive, and the symptoms we observed, we were rushed and cut off. No genuine discharge information was given outside a vague recap on the receipt, just prescriptions and a dog-sized cone that ended up causing more trauma and shutdown behavior until we intervened and modified it ourselves.

When we asked if they were going to clean the open wound, which they had just ruptured, the vet literally checked her clock before answering, as if deciding whether she had time to do the bare minimum. That moment said everything about how rushed and indifferent the care truly was.

On top of that, the payment experience raised serious concerns. Their card machine declined our initial payment twice and we were asked to run it again, only to later discover that Bank of America flagged their business as potentially fraudulent. As a result, we now have over $750 pending across two accounts, and still had to use a separate card just to complete the visit.

In addition to disrespecting us, they’ve now exacerbated our cat’s fear of the vet, making future visits that much harder, all because they were too busy or self-important to slow down and actually care. This felt like a processing line, not a place of healing.

We understand vets are busy, my sister is a tech, I get it. But if you’re too busy, don’t take our appointment, and definitely don’t blame us for your lack of time.

    We won’t be coming back.

We had our pup injure themselves while in town from out of state. They were able to work us in and saw us almost immediately. Provided great care to our pup and great customer service.

They were friendly, but they weren’t upfront with their pricing and you realize why once the bill comes out. I paid about 160 for my car which is what I usually pay for my German shepherd. (For him it would’ve been close to 600) And they want YOU to collect a stool sample?. My vets have always done that. The price is fine but don’t make me take an extra step. 3 for hospitality and cleanliness, and the Vet was very knowledgeable and kind to my cat. I thought they’d be great so I went out of my way to try them.

All the people at All Pets are so nice! Our dog gets great care while he's there be it for boarding, day care, pedicures, or check-ups. Our dog LOVES going to All Pets and seeing all his friends.

Best vet clinic in the area! (Rogers location) After moving back to the area after 10 years, I had a hard time finding a vet I really trusted. I was looking for a clinic with knowledgeable, professional vets who could also handle more complex cases—and I found that here. We have working line German Shepherds, and the team has been fantastic with them. They correctly diagnosed a serious health issue in one of our dogs that had been misdiagnosed for months elsewhere. Professionalism and medical expertise matter more to me than cost, and this clinic delivers on both. Their prices are also very reasonable. It’s the nicest, cleanest, and most well-run vet clinic I’ve ever visited. I’ve seen several vets here, but Dr. Forst is my favorite. The front staff is always friendly and helpful, and I love the convenience of scheduling through their app or texting with non-urgent questions. Highly recommend!
