I've bought glasses thru Walmart for many years. I've nearly always been happy with them and when I haven't been, they have always resolved my complaints immediately without hassles. Also, they let me browse for frames without bothering me, and that is very important to me. And anytime my glasses need any maintenance or tweaking, I just drop in and they take care of it right on the spot. Update 5/30 /2019 My opthamologist made mistakes on my eyeglasses prescription. I could tell when I received my glasses. I had my eyes reexamined by the optometrist at Walmart and went back to the vision center for new glasses. This place is amazing and the staff is so accommodating and friendly. I waited maybe 20 min, and the staff kept apologizing profusely. The doctor was also very friendly and listened to all my concerns, which was a big deal for me after having a previous bad experience at another eye doctor. Everyone called me baby, hun, or sweetie, which I know they're not supposed to do, but it made me feel a little more comfortable. They worked with me to make sure I had an affordable price and left happy, again apologizing for my wait even tho it wasn't very long of a wait at all.
