S&V replaced our support beams, floor joists and subfloors. They did a fantastic job. They worked long hard hours and we are extremely pleased with their work. We were so pleased we had them come back a month later and put down tile in entryway, family room, kitchen and dining room. Again fantastic job. Amazing how everything lined up and level. Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about S & V renovations. Jorge and his team have been organized, respectful, friendly, and great communicators. Any questions or concerns have been answered and addressed immediately. They arrive on time, keep me informed of progress and delays, and maintain a safe and clean work space. I have already been recommending them to family and friends! My project included foundation repair, wall repair, moving a gas line, installing a sump pump, repairing exterior brick, and laying tile and hardwood flooring. Everything looks amazing! Thanks S & V!
