Such a welcoming environment, not a crazy Big weightlifting area but definitely has enough to get a great workout in. The child care is also amazing, it allows me to go to the gym whenever I want and the people working there are so sweet.
My favorite and best gym! the staff are friendly and cheerful. The gym has a varieties of fitness classes with professional and awesome trainers. i love indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam.
