When I first called to make my appointment with Healing Points Acupuncture, I was very apprehensive. With what I thought my issue was, it was recommended I begin with acupuncture to help. I thought about it and researched around my area and decided on Healing Points Acupuncture.What a great decision that was!! My initial intake with Licensed Acupuncturist, Michele Fincher, was conducted over the phone and within the first few minutes of speaking, I knew that she was genuinely concerned with helping me. She never rushed through any of her questions. She listened intently to the symptoms I have been logging for years. In the past, other specialists and doctors have cut me off and/or were not interested in my notes.After several years of “more blood work” or “let’s try this medication & see what happens”, I’d pretty much given up on finding any relief from my health issues as well as a medical professional who would hear me out. Michele is not only a skilled acupuncturist with extensive knowledge of Chinese medicine, she is a healer. We are so lucky to have her here in Arkansas, and I’m so grateful to have found her.
