I rarely leave reviews, but after meeting Jeff with Foundation Pros, I didn’t want to gate keep my great experience. Jeff arrived on time and was very friendly. We immediately visited my concern in the backyard, which was a stair step crack under the window of my brink home. His inspection was very thorough and informative. After inspecting the outside of my home, he crawled under the crawlspace to check for hidden foundation issues. Thankfully, the crack was not something structurally concerning. Jeff came and inspected our home and determined that we weren't in immediate need of major repairs at this time. He did give us some helpful suggestions (He even found a leak under the house in a drain line that we had no idea about!) of what to do to make some improvements and did send an estimate for a levelling our crawl space and some foundation wall repair if we decided to do it, but it was clear that he didn't want us to have to pay for repairs that we didn't truly need. I appreciated his honest and ethical approach. Foundation Pro is the company to call! I've had many great experiences with their experts. Mr. Jim, though, is far and away my go to expert! He has a very warm personality matched with a keen understanding of the matters at hand. Jim is always kind, honest and knowledgeable.My clients have always been more than pleased with his reporting.
