I love love LOVE this gym! All the trainers there are wonderful! But I have to say, I have a the best trainer ever! She listens to my physical needs and desires, planning workouts accordingly. She works with any physical ailments I may have going on and recommends other exercises or stretches to achieve the movements to target particular muscles. She is well versed, intuitive and informative.
I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to comment on 10 Fitness NLR. When I started, Chloe was my trainer. I am old and terribly out of shape. Chloe established a routine for me that was a little overly ambitious for my level of fitness. Upon my request, she dialed it back quite a bit which encouraged me to keep coming to the gym. We gradually added to the routine and I became more fit with each trip. Chloe was promoted to management, rightfully so, and I had been impressed by the work ethic of another trainer. I asked Steven if he would start working with me and I have to say, he is wonderful. I now look forward to our training sessions and consider him a friend....read full review
This location has been my home gym for many years now, and I have seen amazing changes with new management the last year. Very clean, staff are helpful and friendly, and there is a solid rotation of new equipment that keeps me coming back to this location. The work space inside is well laid out, with plenty of room and machines. If something is broken, staff are quick to fix it and communicate with guests as changes are made. Fingers crossed the day care comes back, and/or a section for women only. Very happy at 10 Fitness and recommend it to anyone!
