We moved to Marion, Arkansas a little over 2 years ago. Not knowing who to go to, we found Dr. Cook's office on line. His office has been very friendly and professional. We feel that we were very lucky to find him.

Up to 3 years ago, I'd rather be shot than go to a dentist. Then I had a major tooth problem. A dear friend recommended Dr. Wayne Cook. I made an appointment and met with Dr. Cook. He explained my issue to me in clear, plain English. I had my first root canal... NO PAIN!! I've had another since, still no pain at the time of the procedure. Dr. Cook is the Best! The staff is also just as Awesome!

All I can say is he will be my dentist from now on. They are quick very professional and they are very nice explain everything to you as a patient and great is all I can say mr cook keep up the great work you and all your staff is wonderful thanks alot
