It was an amazing experience. I had a 1 hr. deep tissue massage, and it was exactly what I needed. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and there are times when everything aches. This massage was strong enough to hit my problem areas, yet didn't have me limping away
Despite my reservations about the benefits of a personal trainer, I decided to test the water and go with Heather as my personal trainer for several reasons. First, she is by far the most dedicated person to health and fitness I have ever met. Second, my motivation for self improvement was lacking and I needed a swift kick in the butt to get going. Finally, many years ago I had six pack abs and was in great shape but I knew my own limitations would not allow a return to that kind of physical fitness without someone who has greater knowledge of fitness than myself.
