Absolutely the best dry-eye specialist in the business! Dr. Noh goes above and beyond for her clients. She is very friendly, respectful and passionately cares to see your dry eye discomfort go from 10 to 1. I have finished my treatment with her and my eyes have improved way more than I expected. I have very little discomfort and I went from using eye drops from several times a day to maybe 1-2x every couple of weeks and/or as needed. She is the best.Thank you Dr. Mooney for referring me to Dr. Noh!

Dr. Noh is awesome! I have Sjögren's Syndrome and have really struggled with dry eyes. I drove to Memphis 10 times within a year and a half to see a dry eye doctor there because there wasn't one in Arkansas. When I learned that Dr. Noh had opened a practice in Little Rock specializing specifically in treating dry eye I was hopeful that she would be able to help me. She has far exceeded every expectation I had! Dr. Noh is not only very knowledgeable and skilled, she is also incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate! Dr Noh is wonderful! I came to her with severe dry eyes and after a few treatments, my eyes feel SO much better. She is knowledgeable and always so friendly. I have learned a lot about dry eyes in just a few visits. I can’t recommend her enough!! Your eyes will thank you-seriously.
