I’ve always had excellent massages here.
I am docking a star because the booking system is sluggish and frustrating. The iOS user interface needs serious work. I am tech inclined and struggled to book a session.
I logged on today to attempt to book. It showed a session available. It made me sign into my account, but it then it told me I don’t have an account. Weird. So, I continued as a guest. And now there aren’t any available sessions for over a week.
I give up.
Derek is fantastic! He’ll do Deep pressure if you want it, and he’s really intuitive.
Plus, this is one of the best-run Massage Envy I’ve come across. I travel for work and I see them all over the country.
The ladies up front were warm and thoughtful, and Derek on was time (which is not always the case at ME), he was welcoming, and he listened to everything I had for him. Much better than the location in my hometown. Appreciate y’all!
