Two Manhattan trucks (a red one and a white one) just crossed over a dirt median and onto I40 West without stopping and pulled into oncoming traffic at high speed almost causing an accident. The white truck crossed almost perpendicular across three lanes of traffic to get to an exit ramp. Tried to leave message on their phone to report the bad driving, all direct lines no emergency number.
