The receptionist was extremely rude and has absolutely no interest in customer service. We tried to explain to the technician what we wanted but he could not understand and when we expressed this to another staff member in order to help she said “why you don’t tell him this…(laughed)…well it too late now…(continues laughing)…maybe next time” and shrugged her shoulders saying byee.The technician was nice and did a decent job on my nails but based on the experience my mom had for her first time getting her nails done with me WE WILL NEVER COME BACK.

I enjoyed my deluxe gel manicure but feel it was a little overpriced, price I was quoted I still don’t see how it added up to after reviewing price list. I was charged 65 for a deluxe gel manicure and had polish taken off. My calculations come to 55 so I didn’t tip good as a result and declined getting a pedicure because I don’t trust their pricing and won’t go back as a result.Service: Gel manicures

I requested a shellac manicure and a regular polish classic pedicure. Without asking I was given a dip manicure and a shellac pedicure, which they charged an additional $15 for. If you want to have a specific service or design you will need to speak up frequently. I did not know I was getting a shellac pedicure until he finished the last coat and wiped it with a towel. They had put on the light to cure (which I thought was maybe just something they do to dry regular polish quicker). I didn’t know I was being charged for a shellac pedicure until after they printed the receipt.
