Very pleased with the service. The only problem is that I have not received a back to school note and it was supposed to be emailed to me after my appointment. We had a virtual visit at 6 pm and still haven’t received it; it’s already 9:53pm.
Let me write a story. I HATE pain but cendra she helped me get through the pain while getting a piece of glass out of my foot. AND THE DOC!!!! (Pretty light skin with the green eyes)She was the best, she did everything in her power for me not to feel pain. I love this urgent care!
Well let me just say, when I first walked in I was really glad to see shay. She is always smiling and has the most wonderful attitude. At that front desk is exactly where she needs to be, the first person you see when you walk in there not feeling well. It looks like she was training Carley, who seems like she's going to be a perfect fit for this location. Cuz I heard my name called The Voice did not sound familiar. It was Harrison, and as soon as he took me to the back he automatically started showing concerned about why I was there. That made me feel at ease since that was the first time I had ever seen him.
