Just had my annual termite inspection by West Termite, Pest & Lawn. Mr. Chad Holliday arrived on time and surveyed our crawlspace and the perimeter of the home. Obtained a report stating no termite activity found. West Termite (and its predecessor Pestco) have always been easy and polite to deal with. West Pest Control has now taken our accounts that we had with another local pest control company. They agreed to continue our accounts at the same price, but their office is much more responsive and organized. Phil, our tech, went over and above to make sure we had good service and Missy is great! I highly recommend this company.

West is a professional pest control service. Our technician, Phil is responsive to our needs, on time, and is understanding when our schedules are in conflict. He truly cares out his customers. Misty is their new administrative assistant. She is courteous and understanding about our need to reschedule. I appreciate the time and attention we receive and I know during the busy season of summer that chaos abounds for everyone.
