They agreed to continue our accounts at the same price, but their office is much more responsive and organized. West is a professional pest control service. Our technician, Phil is responsive to our needs, on time, and is understanding when our schedules are in conflict. He truly cares out his customers. Misty is their new administrative assistant. She is courteous and understanding about our need to reschedule. I appreciate the time and attention we receive and I know during the busy season of summer that chaos abounds for everyone.
