Erica is EXCELLENT!! She is highly skilled and gives EXPERT hair cuts! Erica is so friendly and easy going that you are put at ease the moment you meet her. It's like you are at a spa. I can't recommend Erica enough! Despite her incredibly busy schedule, she was so accommodating and made sure to fit me in when I needed it. It's rare to find a stylist who is not only talented but also genuinely kind and attentive. She made the entire appointment feel so relaxing and enjoyable. Erica gave me the most beautiful haircut I've had in years—she listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. This was my first time going to Erica, after not cutting my hair for more than five years after a terrible haircut. So I was a little nervous, but the reviews for her put me at ease. And honestly, the reviews are spot on!!
Her shampooing is ridiculously amazing. OMG. Where is she at night when I want to fall asleep?! Lol. I told her she should add that service only and she'd have a line out the door.
When I was in her chair showing her the pictures of some haircuts I liked... And I changed my mind 2 or 3 times before settling on which one. She gave me some advice on each of the cuts, but let me decide on which one I wanted to get. She was very kind and patiently waited for me to decide. I know I was a nightmare client for being indecisive.
Erica is super talented and very friendly. I love my haircut and everyone has been giving me compliments on it. My hair looks and feels so much better! Thank you, Erica!!!
