Shiloh Smith came out to do our seasonal check up on our air and heating unit. He found there was a freon leak. He worked for over an hour trying to find the leak, to no avail. He called the office and had the leak search charges dropped. All we paid for was the freon itself. He has been to our house numerous times and is very personable and professional. A definite asset to the company.
Paschal has done an amazing job making sure i'm taken care of and happy with my service and systems installed. Cody was out quick and helped come up with a game plan for repairing my system. Thanks so much.
While there were some rough moments and communication troubles, Paschal ultimately resolved everything to my satisfaction and the service person who did the final work did an excellent job, was professional and courteous. Jackson is a credit to the organization and I would recommend and request him personally.
