Absolutely wonderful veterinary clinic. Dr Holden is the best ! The front office staff are top-notch in the veterinary technicians are always so helpful. My dog a bit of a handful but they always help make it such a comfortable experience. Thanks guys y'all are the best ❣️

I am not one to write online reviews but was compelled to write one for Dr Holden and the office staff at Ft Smith Vet Clinic. We are not from the area and were on an RV trip with our 13 year old sweet family dog, Captain. Captain took a serious turn for the worse while we were in the Ft Smith area on our way back to Texas. We showed up on their doorstep on a Monday morning completely distraught with our dying friend. Dr Holden, Peggy (I believe) and the rest of the staff set aside their Monday morning work to help us in our time of need. These folks are genuinely sweet and caring people. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We're new to Ft. Smith. Wife's coworker recommended Dr. Holden. Extremely happy here. He's patient and takes the time to explain things. He knows how much our fur babies matter to us.
