I went in the other day to repurchase some essentials and was feeling a tad overwhelmed by everything. One of the managers, Yesenia, came up to me asking if I was doing alright. I asked her if there was a specific mascara I was looking for and she knew exactly where to look. She was very helpful and recommended a bunch of items for me and grabbed everything I needed that was not in stock from the back room. I watched her put out items that needed refilling for future customers. I was lucky that one of the managers was able to assist me. Went in on my birthday a couple days ago and was greeted very kindly at the counter by Serenity. She was extremely helpful and patient with me, and overall made me feel very invited and welcome. I rarely leave reviews but I think her behavior deserves praise!
I go to Ulta for my hair appointments. I just had my hair highlighted and she did a beautiful job. I have been going here for over a year. Love all the associates so friendly and professional.
