Trent is the best! I aways enjoy getting to talk to him during my visit. And the front desk is wonderful! Very kind people. I've always had a great experience here and don't plan on going anywhere else!
I have been going to Mission Family Practice for 18 years, but unfortunately I have decided to find a new primary care provider. I have always appreciated the time spent with me by Dr. Bonner and Trent Hicks APRN while in office, however when it comes to getting in contact with anyone about results or questions, it’s nearly impossible. There’s an option for billing/appointments, but no option for getting in contact with a nurse. I was never given any access to a patient portal (even though they say to check the portal to be in touch with providers on their phone prompt menu). I absolutely won't go anywhere else. Dr. Bonner is the most caring Doctor I've ever seen. My family has gone to him for 30 yrs. You may have to wait awhile however, he gives everyone personalized attention, he will take as much time as you need to help you with your ailments. That is why I will continue to wait for him. That is amazing to have such a caring Doctor. Thank you Dr. Bonner. You are the best.
