We love Best Friends Animal Hospital! Every person we have encountered has been so kind and loved on our Teddy. Dr. Anna Castleberry has been just wonderful helping us through the process of heartworm treatment, and she was there for him when he had a severe allergic reaction. I highly recommend Best Friends for your best friend!!!
Very kind staff to my cat and myself. Just took my kitty to the vet for the first time here and they seem to care a lot and my cat Teekl did not seem nearly as anxious as he has been in other vets, it’s also more private. They explain things thoroughly in an easy way to understand, and they check up after the appointment. Haven’t been but once but will soon probably change my review to 5 stars.
Although the wait can seem long, compared to another veterinary clinic in the area that I have taken my cats to, it didn't seem like the wait was the result of trying to get in as many patients as possible, and instead was because they were dedicating their time and energy into give my cat a proper diagnosis. Also, knowing I was on a budget, Dr. Warman was willing to help me save money where I could, while ensuring my cat received all necessary treatments to care for his illness and maintain his health. Highly recommend!
