My contact with the professional medical staff was excellent. But when I got ready to pay for my services that was a total different ball game. The woman's attitude was rude because I didn't know the name of the injection I'd received. I was over a tax collections department for delinquent taxes for 16 1/2 years and the staff in my department received written letters complimenting on how friendly and helpful they were. That speaks volume for a collection department. Maybe she was having a bad day.....still no excuse for treating a patient nasty.

This is my PCP’s office. I haven’t actually seen Dr. Bryant at this point, but he does have great Nurse Practitioners! I’ve seen Shannon, APN, numerous times. She is very knowledgeable and one could say that she saved my life in a sense. She is professional, listens to you, and takes the proper steps to make sure your health is first priority. I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment. They, also, administer allergy shots here. Ambetter of Arkansas is accepted. I’m not sure if they are taking new patients or not, but I would encourage those looking for a PCP to consider Dr. Derek Bryant. No complaints at this point.

I find the providers are warm, friendly and easy to talk to. I have referred several family members and friends to this office and they have told me they had a very good experience and got wonderful treatment for any problem they had.
