Quick in and out. Easy registration. Short wait time. Helpful doctor. Quick diagnosis. Been here a few times and it’s my family’s go-to when our PCP is unavailable and sickness hits.

I paid $25 for Uber transportation to and from this facility. I arrived at approximately 1:20 p.m. and was not even completed as I just left at 3:00 p.m., despite being told the expected wait time would be only 35 minutes. Prior to my visit, I called to confirm my copay and was informed it would be either $25 or $0; however, after I arrived, I was told the copay would instead be $80.
During that same phone call, I was assured that the staff could assist me with five specific tests and a medication refill. I explicitly confirmed the need for all five tests based on previous experiences. Unfortunately, the staff member assisting me appeared to have difficulty understanding my requests. Administering standard flu and COVID tests should be a routine process.
There was no meaningful medical evaluation conducted beyond taking my temperature and blood pressure. For the approximately 90 minutes I was left in the examination area, I was unattended while staff members could be heard on the other side of the door socializing rather than providing care.
I will be sending a report to my insurance company and need a full refund for this visit.

I was treated very quickly and all of the staff were very kind & considerate. I’ve seen the nurse practitioner before & I love her. She’s practical, no nonsense and swift diagnosis with treatment.

I waited for about 30 to 40 minutes (which is typical for an urgent care) and then he was in and out of my room in about 5 minutes. Let’s hope the prescription works!

I went in for a sexual health issue. After waiting an hour past my appointment, finally saw practioner Amanda who seemed unknowledgable about these issues and who also made me feel uncomfortable unnecessarily. The only information I received from Amanda was verifiably inconsistent with easy to understand and publicly available CDC guidelines.
