Do NOT register for their website unless you want calls (with no message left) at all hours of the night.I wanted to simply look at a house on their website. The phone calls started immediately (at 8:50 at night). Then, when you call them back to request they stop, they (Rose and Jesse) hang up on you.I want to buy a house, not start a social network.
App was denied b/c there was 1 collection on my bf credit for a cell phone that his ex gf opened a few years ago. We both make more than enough $ and would of taken good care of the property. It was the perfect house and Irish would not even discuss helping us get in with a co-signer or additional deposit. What ever happened to customer service? No wonder so many people in the area are struggling with housing. Very disappointed and I'm sure the homeowners would be as this property has been for rent a while.
