My husband booked me the Mother’s Day facial with Makaila and it was amazing! She is so sweet and thoughtful with every movement. The heated tables are amazing and so are the ladies at the front desk. The whole experience was so relaxing and exactly what my skin needed. 24 hours later and it’s still glowing! 10/10 recommend Makaila for your facial needs.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Can't even get into the place to rate their service. I was gifted 2 gift cards a couple of years ago when they were still LaVida. I tried to book something for my spouse and I recently, but they weren't willing to honor the LaVida gift cards even though the cards were bought in person at their stores around 2 years ago - same locations just now have been acquired by or transitioned into Hand & Stone, but still connected to LaVida. A lot of money wasted. If you've invested any money in gift cards or memberships or any other redeemable products be careful, hopefully their business plans or model doesn't change again, they might not honor the hard earned money you've invested with them if it's not convenient for them or doesn't fit their agenda. Horrible business practice and a massive disservice to customers. Definitely lacking integrity and good business etiquette/practice with a decision like this.
I want to note, this has nothing to do with the specific employees, they just work there and do their jobs. This is aimed at the business as a whole and how they've chosen to conduct themselves and honor past invested money.
I would recommend everyone use a different spa/massage service if you can rather than hand & stone; or at least don't invest in long term redeemable products, services, memberships, gift cards, etc... you never know what may happen in their business and cause them not to honor your purchases and investments.

I would give zero stars if I could. A friend purchased a $100 LaVida Massage gift certificate at this location for my birthday. A couple of months later, when I was trying to book an appointment, I learned the location had been bought out by Hand & Stone. My friend called at that time and was told they were still honoring recently purchased LaVida gift certificates.
Assuming I had time to use it, as I’ve never heard of a gift certificate expiring. I waited a few more months before booking. When I finally called to schedule, I was told they would not honor the gift certificate.
At the end of the day, this means my friend essentially lost $100 for a service that was never provided. The inconsistent information and lack of accountability are extremely disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing a gift certificate here, as there is no guarantee it will be honored.

Shandi Shandi Shandi Shandi!!!! THE best massage I’ve ever had. 10/10 will be requesting her when I go back. Today she gave me a Swedish massage with hot river stones, and it was by far the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had a “crick” in my neck for a few weeks now, and she found the exact spot it was coming from. You can tell she truly knows what she’s doing!

I was pretty anxious about getting a massage. This was seriously such a relaxing and great experience. Marnie was amazing! Very professional, made me comfortable, and an excellent masseuse. The front desk receptionist was super sweet too. I loved the scalp massage and the heated beds and towels. I don’t like to spend money on myself, but I’m already hoping to go back!

Updated review: After my 9 month pregnant wife was upset after her first massage with an incompetent masseuse, the manager offered another massage with their top rated girl Allyson, and my wife said it was incredible! Very knowledgeable about the body and pre-natal massaging. Highly recommend Allyson!

Prices were almost double of what I'm used to paying with a lot fewer amenities. There were upcharges for many things that I'm used to being included as part of the spa experience. I asked for firm pressure, but felt it was pretty weak. It was clean, and the therapist was very friendly, even if she didn't have much hand strength. I wouldn't tell anyone not to go, but I also wouldn't recommend it.
