I've been going to this vet for many years, but finally choosing to go elsewhere. I brought my dog in at the end of February and spent multiple hundreds of dollars for her annual wellness exam and vaccines. She was 2 months too soon for her rabies vaccine so I wasn't able to update that one. So when I came a few months later when she could receive the vaccine and asked if I could get that one shot for her they told me I would have to pay for another wellness exam. Why would I pay for a completely separate wellness when I just had her evaluated a few months prior and she was healthy.
I just wanted to say how wonderful the staff and doctors were at All Pets in Bentonville, as we had to make the hard decision to put our beloved Westie to sleep. From the moment we walked in, they did not judge us for the tears that were flowing as we spent our last few minutes with our beloved pet Frisco. They immediately got us into a private setting and afterwards let us use a side door, so we did not have to face a waiting room full of people and their pets. Thank you for caring and the sympathy you showed during this very emotional and sad moment in our lives.
