Don was a pleasure to work with, and as professional as they come. He scheduled a time for the inspection, messaged the day before to confirm the scheduling, arrived on time, was thorough, and above all was kind. He estimated that the inspection would take 3-4 hours, and he was done in just over 3 hours. His report was very thorough highlighting the major and minor issues as well as giving a time frame that he recommend to have them fixed. Not only did he send the document of the inspection, which is all that is required, but he also went over it all with me before he finished up. I can not recommend him enough.

I was in a rush to get the home inspection done. I called a few but could not get hold of them on time. Don responded quickly and was very flexible with the start time for the inspection. He said he might take about 3 or 4 hours. He actually took about 6 hours to complete the inspection. Don was very focused and very detailed with the inspection. I was there the entire time and we just became like two good friends. Don is not only good with his work, He is a wonderful human being. Well I think it should be said in the reverse order.
