They were excellent. They came the same day and fixed the problem. They cleaned up after themselves and did a few extra things that they were not required to do. They were very courteous and respectful of us and our home. We would definitely use them again.
Mr. Andrew and Mr. Trent are very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job of fixing my outside water spigot; they measured the inside of my home just in case they needed to drill and fix the leak from inside, and luckily the leak was outside. Thank God! Roto-Rooter is definitely the plumbing service you want working on your home.
The service we received from Roto-Rooter was exceptional. Our technician, Rashard, was incredibly helpful and explained everything clearly. He took the time to ensure we understood the situation, preventing us from making any costly mistakes with our plumbing. Highly recommend!
